What is our shipping policy?
Below you will find our shipping prices for items ordered through our website. These prices are for domestic shipping only.

We can ship products internationally. Please contact us before placing an order to receive a price for shipping. Please allow 7 to 10 working days to receive your order within the US after you place your online order. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please email us. If you are sending us a check in the mail, please send your check and a copy of your order. We will not ship orders until we have received your payment.

All of our orders come with a tracking number that we will email you when your order is shipped. All of our packages are insured.

What is our payment policy?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) payments through our online PayPal webcart.

We only accept checks that are drafted on US banks. If you are paying by check, you can email us for your total shipping and handling charges or view the table above. We charge 5% sales tax to all Maine orders.

All international orders need to pay through PayPal. Please contact us for shipping costs before placing your order.

Sales Tax:
Maine orders are charged a 5% sales tax. Products, Shipping, and Handling are taxed per Maine Law.

What is our refund policy?

We work very hard to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us. We currently do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make sure the issue is dealt with in a timely manor.

Do we do commissioned work?

Yes, we do! We offer commissioned likeness needle felt wall hangings of your dog or favorite breed out of 100% wool from our farm. Each sculpture takes many hours to create. My reliefs are entirely handmade. The white background is wet felted and the relief itself is dry felted. The background measures approximately 13 x 15 inches. The relief itself measures approximately 10 by 11 inches. It has a wooden tapestry hanger measuring 2 x 16 to display your one-of-a-kind relief of your favorite pet. The sculptures are intended as an adult collector's piece, not a child's toy. I make my reliefs from the pictures you send me. I need two high-resolution photographs that are clear, showing a detailed front-facing view and side view. They can be either emailed or sent through the mail. Please make sure that the color of your pet is clear. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your relief to be completed. The price is $225.00. We require full payment before your relief is started.

We also do OOAK Needle Felted Sculptures that are customized to your order. If you have a pet or animal you would like a needle felted OOAK sculpture, please contact us for details and price.
